SaleInline is a cloud-based CRM that runs a complete sales operation in one workspace. Instead of buying a CRM and then bolting on a shared WhatsApp inbox, a phone system, a booking tool and a reporting add-on, all of it is one product: leads and deals, a shared WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger inbox, a browser-based softphone with a built-in PBX, appointments, finance, products and stock, support tickets, marketing automations, a pivot report builder and role- and department-based permissions. The entry plan already covers the whole day-to-day workflow; higher plans unlock the heavier tools rather than selling them as separate products. Plans are priced per workspace, never per module or per seat, and every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial.
SaleInline is customer relationship management software delivered as a cloud service
(SaaS). You sign up, a private workspace is created at
your-company.saleinline.com, and your team signs in from any browser. There is nothing to
install, no server to maintain and no separate mobile app to keep updated — the interface adapts to
phones and tablets.
The product is built around a simple idea: a sales team should not have to switch tools to finish a conversation. A prospect who writes on WhatsApp, calls the office number an hour later and then books a meeting online is one person with one history. In most setups that history is scattered across three different products. In SaleInline it lands on a single record, in order, with the owner, the stage and the next task attached to it.
Three characteristics separate SaleInline from a general-purpose CRM:
The last column shows the plan each module becomes available on. Most of them are in the entry plan; none of them is sold as a standalone product.
| Module | What it does | What it usually replaces | From plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead management | Custom fields, multiple pipelines, kanban boards, 7-star scoring, saved views, duplicate detection, bulk stage moves and CSV export. | The CRM itself | Starter |
| Deal pipeline | Custom stages, products attached to deals, forecasted revenue, win rates and per-deal profitability. | Spreadsheet forecasts | Starter (profitability: Business) |
| WhatsApp & social inbox | Two-way WhatsApp, Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger in one shared inbox; new conversations create leads automatically and can be round-robin assigned. | A separate shared-inbox product | Starter |
| Phone & softphone | A browser-based WebRTC softphone, call recording, IVR voice menus, power dialer and per-user SIP extensions. | A cloud PBX subscription | Starter (power dialer: Growth) |
| Appointments | Online booking, calendar management and automatic reminders by WhatsApp, SMS and email. | A scheduling tool | Starter |
| Finance & commissions | Income and expense tracking, fixed or percentage sales commissions, deal profitability and cash-flow reports. | Manual commission spreadsheets | Starter |
| Products & inventory | Catalog with cost and sale prices, custom product fields, CSV import, stock movements, low-stock alerts and automatic deduction when a deal is won. | A light inventory tool | Starter |
| Tasks & projects | Recurring tasks, project boards, deadlines, a personal daily queue and infinite-canvas flow boards. | A task manager | Starter (boards: Growth · projects: Business) |
| Support tickets | Your own customer help desk with assignment, notifications and full history. | A help-desk subscription | Growth |
| Marketing & automations | Trigger-and-action automations, email sequences, campaigns, public web forms and a lead-capture webhook. | A marketing automation tool | Starter (campaigns: Growth) |
| Reports & analytics | A drag-and-drop pivot report builder across leads, deals, tasks, calls and products, with charts, saved reports and CSV export. | A BI add-on | Starter (pivot builder: Growth) |
| Roles & permissions | Per-module create/read/update/delete permissions plus a department org chart that scopes data top-down. | Enterprise-tier CRM upgrades | Starter (full system: Growth) |
There is also a work-time module that tracks shifts, clock in/out and breaks, and measures how long each lead waited for a first reply — counted in working minutes, so a message that arrives at 23:40 and is answered at 09:12 the next morning is recorded as 12 minutes of response time, not eleven hours.
The shortest description of the product is the path a single prospect takes from first contact to paid invoice.
SaleInline is designed for teams of roughly 3 to 50 people who sell through conversations — where a human talks to the customer on WhatsApp or the phone before money changes hands. It fits clinics, real-estate offices, schools, dealerships, agencies, contractors and B2B sales teams.
It is a good fit if you recognise several of these:
It is probably not the right tool if you need a purely self-service e-commerce funnel with no human contact, a field-service dispatch system with route optimisation, or a full ERP with manufacturing and multi-warehouse logistics. SaleInline tracks stock as it relates to selling, not as a warehouse management system.
The single most researched number in lead management is how fast somebody answers. A Harvard Business Review audit of 2,241 US companies found that firms contacting a lead within an hour were seven times more likely to have a meaningful conversation with a decision maker than firms that waited just one hour longer. The same study found the average company took 42 hours to respond, and 23% never responded at all.

This is why response time is a first-class measurement in SaleInline rather than something you reconstruct from timestamps. The platform records when each lead first made contact and when a human first answered, then reports the gap per agent, per channel and per team — measured in working minutes against each person's shift calendar, so nobody is penalised for being asleep.
When the inbox, the phone and the lead record are the same system, the first reply is one click away from the notification. Most of the delay in a typical sales operation is not laziness — it is the time spent finding which tool the message landed in, and who was supposed to own it.
Most small sales teams do not run one tool. They run a CRM, plus a shared WhatsApp inbox, plus a cloud phone system, plus a booking page, plus a reporting add-on — each with its own login, its own bill and its own partial copy of the customer.

There is a second, structural difference worth knowing before you compare vendors. The three best-known CRM platforms each use a different commercial model: HubSpot prices per seat and separates capability into different “Hubs” you buy individually; Zoho CRM prices per user per month with telephony delivered through third-party integrations; Bitrix24 prices per account in user tiers and bundles telephony. SaleInline is closest to the third model — a flat price per workspace with a seat limit — but with every module switched on from the first plan. If you are comparing, compare on what is switched on and how the bill grows when you hire, not on the headline price.
Vendor pricing models described as published by each vendor in September 2026. Always check the vendor's own pricing page before deciding.
If you are already on another CRM, migration is not a reason to stay. SaleInline imports from Bitrix24 — leads, contacts, deals, products, custom fields and activity history — and we handle migrations from Kommo, Zoho, HubSpot and Excel as part of onboarding.
These are the facts you will need for a procurement form or a data-protection review.
Traffic is encrypted end to end with TLS, and the voice layer runs over encrypted WebSocket transport so calls stay inside the browser session. Access control is enforced on two axes at once: per-module CRUD permissions decide what a user can do, and the department org chart decides whose records they can do it to. Failed sign-ins are rate-limited — five wrong attempts from the same email and IP lock that combination for three hours — and two-factor authentication is available for every account. Every change to settings, ownership and records is written to an activity log you can filter and export.
Your data stays yours. Leads, deals, products and reports export to CSV at any time, from the same screens you use them on, with the columns and filters you currently have applied. There is no export fee and no support ticket required.
Four plans, priced per workspace rather than per seat. The entry plan already runs a full sales workflow; the higher plans raise the limits and unlock the heavier tools.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly (per month) | Users | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $59 | $49 | 10 | 20 GB |
| Growth | $159 | $129 | 20 | 50 GB |
| Business | $349 | $269 | 50 | 200 GB |
| Enterprise | $799 | $599 | Unlimited | 1 TB |
Only genuine usage costs extra: additional WhatsApp numbers, an SMS gateway, extra SIP lines, more seats and more storage are available as add-ons. Modules never are. Yearly plans include a year of unlimited WhatsApp messaging and cost less than ten months of the monthly price. See the full pricing page for the complete comparison matrix and add-on prices.
Switching plans never deletes anything. If you move to a smaller plan, records above the new limit become read-only until you upgrade again — nothing is removed.
