In short

SaleInline is a cloud-based CRM that runs a complete sales operation in one workspace. Instead of buying a CRM and then bolting on a shared WhatsApp inbox, a phone system, a booking tool and a reporting add-on, all of it is one product: leads and deals, a shared WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger inbox, a browser-based softphone with a built-in PBX, appointments, finance, products and stock, support tickets, marketing automations, a pivot report builder and role- and department-based permissions. The entry plan already covers the whole day-to-day workflow; higher plans unlock the heavier tools rather than selling them as separate products. Plans are priced per workspace, never per module or per seat, and every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial.

What is SaleInline?

SaleInline is customer relationship management software delivered as a cloud service (SaaS). You sign up, a private workspace is created at your-company.saleinline.com, and your team signs in from any browser. There is nothing to install, no server to maintain and no separate mobile app to keep updated — the interface adapts to phones and tablets.

The product is built around a simple idea: a sales team should not have to switch tools to finish a conversation. A prospect who writes on WhatsApp, calls the office number an hour later and then books a meeting online is one person with one history. In most setups that history is scattered across three different products. In SaleInline it lands on a single record, in order, with the owner, the stage and the next task attached to it.

Three characteristics separate SaleInline from a general-purpose CRM:

Communication is built in, not integrated
The WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger inbox and the WebRTC softphone are native modules. Messages and calls write directly to the lead record — there is no middleware to configure and no sync to break.
Nothing is sold as a separate module
There is no à-la-carte price list: you pick one plan and get everything in that tier. The entry plan already includes the CRM, the shared inbox, the phone, appointments, finance, inventory and reports; higher plans add the heavier tools. What you never do is buy a “finance module” or a “reporting hub” as a separate line item.
Each workspace has its own database
SaleInline is multi-tenant at the application layer but single-tenant at the data layer: your records live in a database that belongs only to your workspace, not in a shared table filtered by a customer ID.

Which modules are included?

The last column shows the plan each module becomes available on. Most of them are in the entry plan; none of them is sold as a standalone product.

There is also a work-time module that tracks shifts, clock in/out and breaks, and measures how long each lead waited for a first reply — counted in working minutes, so a message that arrives at 23:40 and is answered at 09:12 the next morning is recorded as 12 minutes of response time, not eleven hours.

How a lead moves through SaleInline

The shortest description of the product is the path a single prospect takes from first contact to paid invoice.

  1. The lead arrivesSomeone writes on WhatsApp, sends an Instagram DM, calls your number, submits a web form or comes in through the lead webhook from an ad platform. SaleInline creates the lead automatically, normalises the phone number to international E.164 format and checks for an existing duplicate.
  2. It gets an ownerOwnerless conversations are distributed round-robin among the agents assigned to that channel, or routed by automation rules. The owner is notified in the app immediately.
  3. The conversation happens in one placeThe agent replies from the same inbox the message arrived in, or calls back with the browser softphone. Every message, call recording and note is written to the lead record.
  4. The lead becomes a dealWhen there is a real opportunity, the lead converts to a deal on a pipeline. Products are attached, a value is calculated and a close date is set.
  5. Automations do the repetitive partStage changes trigger follow-up tasks, reminder messages, field updates and notifications, so nothing depends on somebody remembering.
  6. The deal is won and the numbers settleMarking a deal won deducts stock, records the cost of goods as an expense, calculates the salesperson's commission and updates the funnel and revenue reports.

Who is SaleInline for?

SaleInline is designed for teams of roughly 3 to 50 people who sell through conversations — where a human talks to the customer on WhatsApp or the phone before money changes hands. It fits clinics, real-estate offices, schools, dealerships, agencies, contractors and B2B sales teams.

It is a good fit if you recognise several of these:

  • Most of your inbound interest arrives on WhatsApp or Instagram, and replies currently come from a phone that one person owns.
  • Nobody can say how long a new lead waits before the first reply.
  • Your pipeline lives in a spreadsheet and the real status lives in someone's head.
  • Commissions are calculated by hand at month end.
  • You already pay for three or four separate tools that do not talk to each other.

It is probably not the right tool if you need a purely self-service e-commerce funnel with no human contact, a field-service dispatch system with route optimisation, or a full ERP with manufacturing and multi-warehouse logistics. SaleInline tracks stock as it relates to selling, not as a warehouse management system.

Why response time decides how much you sell

The single most researched number in lead management is how fast somebody answers. A Harvard Business Review audit of 2,241 US companies found that firms contacting a lead within an hour were seven times more likely to have a meaningful conversation with a decision maker than firms that waited just one hour longer. The same study found the average company took 42 hours to respond, and 23% never responded at all.

Source: James Oldroyd, Kristina McElheran and David Elkington, “The Short Life of Online Sales Leads”, Harvard Business Review, March 2011.

This is why response time is a first-class measurement in SaleInline rather than something you reconstruct from timestamps. The platform records when each lead first made contact and when a human first answered, then reports the gap per agent, per channel and per team — measured in working minutes against each person's shift calendar, so nobody is penalised for being asleep.

The practical effect

When the inbox, the phone and the lead record are the same system, the first reply is one click away from the notification. Most of the delay in a typical sales operation is not laziness — it is the time spent finding which tool the message landed in, and who was supposed to own it.

How SaleInline differs from a typical CRM stack

Most small sales teams do not run one tool. They run a CRM, plus a shared WhatsApp inbox, plus a cloud phone system, plus a booking page, plus a reporting add-on — each with its own login, its own bill and its own partial copy of the customer.

Billing modelPer seat, per productPer workspace

There is a second, structural difference worth knowing before you compare vendors. The three best-known CRM platforms each use a different commercial model: HubSpot prices per seat and separates capability into different “Hubs” you buy individually; Zoho CRM prices per user per month with telephony delivered through third-party integrations; Bitrix24 prices per account in user tiers and bundles telephony. SaleInline is closest to the third model — a flat price per workspace with a seat limit — but with every module switched on from the first plan. If you are comparing, compare on what is switched on and how the bill grows when you hire, not on the headline price.

Vendor pricing models described as published by each vendor in September 2026. Always check the vendor's own pricing page before deciding.

If you are already on another CRM, migration is not a reason to stay. SaleInline imports from Bitrix24 — leads, contacts, deals, products, custom fields and activity history — and we handle migrations from Kommo, Zoho, HubSpot and Excel as part of onboarding.

Hosting, data and security

These are the facts you will need for a procurement form or a data-protection review.

5Interface languages: English, Turkish, Arabic, French, Italian

Traffic is encrypted end to end with TLS, and the voice layer runs over encrypted WebSocket transport so calls stay inside the browser session. Access control is enforced on two axes at once: per-module CRUD permissions decide what a user can do, and the department org chart decides whose records they can do it to. Failed sign-ins are rate-limited — five wrong attempts from the same email and IP lock that combination for three hours — and two-factor authentication is available for every account. Every change to settings, ownership and records is written to an activity log you can filter and export.

Your data stays yours. Leads, deals, products and reports export to CSV at any time, from the same screens you use them on, with the columns and filters you currently have applied. There is no export fee and no support ticket required.

What does SaleInline cost?

Four plans, priced per workspace rather than per seat. The entry plan already runs a full sales workflow; the higher plans raise the limits and unlock the heavier tools.

SaleInline plans — monthly price, yearly price and capacity
PlanMonthlyYearly (per month)UsersStorage
Starter $59 $49 10 20 GB
Growth $159 $129 20 50 GB
Business $349 $269 50 200 GB
Enterprise $799 $599 Unlimited 1 TB

Only genuine usage costs extra: additional WhatsApp numbers, an SMS gateway, extra SIP lines, more seats and more storage are available as add-ons. Modules never are. Yearly plans include a year of unlimited WhatsApp messaging and cost less than ten months of the monthly price. See the full pricing page for the complete comparison matrix and add-on prices.

Switching plans never deletes anything. If you move to a smaller plan, records above the new limit become read-only until you upgrade again — nothing is removed.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is SaleInline?
SaleInline is a cloud-based CRM for sales teams. It combines lead and deal management with a shared WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger inbox, a browser-based phone system, appointments, finance and commissions, inventory, support tickets, automations and reporting in a single workspace. You use it in a web browser; there is nothing to install.
How long does setup take?
Creating the workspace takes under a minute — you enter a company name, your name and an email address, and the workspace with your login details is created and emailed to you. Importing existing data and connecting your WhatsApp number or phone line typically takes a working day, and we do the migration for you.
Is there a free trial, and does it need a credit card?
Yes, and no. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with all features unlocked at the highest plan level. No card is required — if you do not subscribe, the trial simply expires and the workspace becomes read-only rather than being billed.
What is included in the entry plan, and what needs a higher one?
The Starter plan covers the everyday workflow: leads, deals, contacts, products and kanban, 7-star scoring, tags, saved views, the customizable lead layout, duplicate detection, recurring tasks, web forms, appointments, standard reports, income and expense tracking, two-factor authentication and basic roles. The Growth plan adds campaigns and automations, the pivot report builder, the full permission system with the department hierarchy, ticketing, flow boards, the power dialer and the audit log. The Business plan adds projects and deal profitability. API access, SSO, white-label and priority onboarding are Enterprise only. Free migration from another CRM is on every plan.
How does the WhatsApp integration work?
You connect your own WhatsApp Business number. Incoming messages appear in the shared CRM inbox, automatically create a lead if the sender is unknown, and can be distributed round-robin among the agents assigned to that channel. Your team replies from inside the CRM, and the whole thread stays on the customer record. Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger work the same way.
Do I need a separate phone system?
No. SaleInline includes a WebRTC softphone that runs in the browser and a built-in PBX with IVR voice menus, call recording and a power dialer. You can either use a SIP line from us or connect the provider line you already have — your existing extension keeps working and the platform bridges it to the browser.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
On servers in the Netherlands, in a database that belongs to your workspace alone. Inside your team, visibility is controlled by per-module permissions and by a department hierarchy that scopes which records each person can open. You can export everything to CSV at any time.
Can I migrate from my current CRM?
Yes. There is a built-in Bitrix24 importer that transfers leads, contacts, deals, products, custom fields and activity history. Migrations from Kommo, Zoho, HubSpot and Excel are handled as part of onboarding at no extra cost.
What languages does the interface support?
English, Turkish, Arabic, French and Italian. Language is a per-user setting, so an Arabic-speaking agent and an English-speaking manager can work in the same workspace, each in their own language and with their own timezone and date formatting.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly plans have no lock-in and can be cancelled at any time. Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends. The workspace first becomes read-only — you can still open and export everything — and after a short grace period it is locked to the billing page until you resubscribe, at which point it is restored exactly as you left it.
